Welcome to Year 1

In our classes, there are regular adults who work with your children.

These adults are:

Miss Elliott - Teaching Assistant

Miss Fullwood - Apprentice Teaching Assistant

Mrs Moore - Teaching Assistant

Planning, Preparation and Assessment cover - Miss Elliott / Mr Wells (Sports Coach)

We are delighted to be working with your children and are looking forward to all the wonderful things we will be learning together. The children are in for an exciting year in Year 1.

A newsletter will be coming out at the end of this week along with an autumn term homework grid full of fun things to do over the term with your child to earn extra Dojos and House Points.

 

                                                            

PE is on Wednesday and, we ask the children to come to school in their PE kit on that day.

 

                                                      

Forest School will be on Thursday alternate weeks so, each class gets a longer session once a fortnight. 

1SH starts on Thursday 11th January this term. 

1JM/NK starts on Thursday 18th January this term.

 

                                                                 

Please check your emails and log in to your child's class on Dojo. Here you will be able to receive messages from your teacher, see when your child receives Dojo rewards and stay in touch.
