Mad About Music
Christmas is going to be looking a little different this year in school and although we will not be able to have our traditional performances and plays, we have been working very hard behind the scenes to ensure this remains a magical time of year for the children and parents. Meaning that we can all still share in celebrating all the hard work, commitment and festive cheer.
In addition to the events already outlined in our recent newsletter, we are hoping to put together an alternative celebration and are hoping you will help us out.
You (and any members of your family) can get involved several different ways:
- Create a video performance of you singing your favourite festive song. (sorry no tiktoks)
- If you play an instrument, record yourself playing a piece of Christmas or winter music.
- Find a Christmas or winter poem and perform it.
You can send in as many performances as you like.
We will be adding all entries on to our website (with permission) to share with the school community and all who get involved will receive a certificate.
Get your favourite festive jumpers and reindeer antlers on and send your entries in to firstname.lastname@example.org throughout December.
