The Governors of Berry Hill Primary & Nursery are seeking to appoint an excellent 31.5 hrs Care Assistant. To meet the needs of a group of lovely young children who need additional support, we operate a hub model where a small and supportive team help deliver a very bespoke curriculum.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a calm, caring and patient individual;
  • Want to be part of the wider life of school;
  • Be nurturing, have a great work-ethic and a positive outlook;
  • Have great communication skills, a good sense of humour and will want to contribute to being part of a happy and supportive team.

Would you like a job helping primary school children to have a lovely and exciting lunchtime?

At Berry Hill Primary School, we’ve changed the traditional ‘lunchtime supervisor’ role to ‘play worker’ and are committed to making our lunchtimes a fun and active part of the day and for children to feel they’ve had a proper break. We often need to add some more lovely people to our midday team to help our children make the most out of this and to ensure everyone is happy and safe.
